1. Preparing Time
 
We need 1-3 working days to prepare your order for shipment, unless it is a pre-order item.
 
2. Shipping Costs and Methods
 
We offer free Standard Shipping. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
 
Shipping days exclude processing time.
Important Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
 
What is item processing time?
 
After receiving your order, we conduct Quality Control checks before shipment.
 
The average processing time is 1-4 business days, but may be affected by stock status.
 
If your order includes popular items with stock issues, processing can take 5-10 business days.
 
When will the order be shipped?
 
We will process your order within 2-3 business days.
 
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
 
Holiday deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 days.
 
Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. For any delivery delays, please contact our customer service.
 
Preorders
 
An estimated shipping date will be provided for pre-orders, but the exact date cannot be guaranteed.
 
Preorders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together when available.
 
Order Change / Cancellation
 
To modify or cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible (reply to your order confirmation email).
 
If the order has not yet shipped, we will accommodate your request.
 
Lost Package
 
We hand packages over to the shipping company, but the delivery process is beyond our full control. You are responsible for tracking and receiving your package.
 
Claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the shipping date.
 
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please email us and we will start an insurance claim on your behalf.
 
Where does the package ship from?
 
All orders are shipped from our Singapore warehouse. When the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your local carrier.
 
How to track orders?
 
You can track your order via our Shop App or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
 
Delivery Restrictions
 
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information (address, contact number, consignee name).
 
In such cases, a refund cannot be processed. Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors in your order details.
 
Customs Duties
 
All shipments are delivery duty unpaid. Any customs or import duties charged upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer, especially for Express shipping orders.
 
Customers are liable for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse a parcel due to import duties.
 
We cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list a value lower than the actual product price, per customs regulations.
 
With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or tracking updates, we appreciate your patience. Our top priority is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
 
Damaged or Missing Items
 
If your item or package arrives damaged or missing, you must:
  1. Clearly note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Contact us within 2 working days.
  3. Keep all damaged packaging materials for inspection.
  4. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
